Another Round
I've had quite a time with our vacation photos. Here's some more. And, yes, the top and bottom photos are really the same one. :) But I liked it so much I had to make a larger, close-up.
Journaling reads: This is the closest that you got to the ocean. Our next to the last day at the beach and you finally got adventurous enough to venture down to the surf. You kept a cautious eye on the waves, always ready to run to safety. But that didn’t keep you from your usual excitement. You were jumping up and down as the waves raced towards the shore, careful to be just at the edge of them. How proud I am of your bravery.
I had to document Victoria's first successful attempt at miniature golf.
Journaling reads: Victoria found that she liked miniature golf this year. She, of course, played by her own rules. Mommy placed the ball on the tee and Victoria took a couple swipes at it. She’d get partway down a green and then pick the ball up and place it next to the hole. Then she’d proceed to knock it in. We stopped keeping scrore. She was having fun and that was the whole point.
